You can buy your ticket by clicking the Register button on this website. This will redirect you to the sales page. Alternatively, you can log in directly to https://poland.iiba.org/ to choose your ticket type and complete the transaction.
Further to your feedback from last year we've decided to introduce the option to pay with a credit card. To do so, simply provide your information, and you'll receive a confirmation once the payment is processed. Alternatively, you can pay by transfer using the details provided in the proforma invoice you'll receive after registration. If you encounter any difficulties with payments, please don't hesitate to contact us at summit.invoices@poland.iiba.org.
Once you are on the sales page at https://poland.iiba.org/, you can log in. If your membership is active, the price will be discounted automatically without the need for any codes.
Please be advised that the tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can only be used by the Attendee registered during the sales. If you have any issues or questions, don't hesitate to contact us at summit.invoices@poland.iiba.org, and we will do our best to resolve your situation.
The ticket, confirmation, and invoice will be emailed to the address provided during registration.
If you require the invoice to be issued under a different name from the one provided at registration, or you need to add more information to it, please choose the "I need an invoice" option during registration and enter the correct details for the invoice in the provided textbox. We will then create the invoice for you and send it to you promptly.
You can make the payment transfer immediately after placing the order, based on the order confirmation and the data included in it. If you have requested an invoice, you will receive it within 7 working days.
We use an external service to process your payments, so we may not always have full control over any issues that may arise. If your credit card is valid but the payment is not accepted, you can complete your purchase by selecting the check option. You will receive an email with a link to complete the payment, or you can choose to pay by transfer. Either way, your seat will be secured. Please feel free to reach out to us - we are here to assist you.
Our payment gateway is currently experiencing technical issues with credit card payments, which may prevent you from completing your transaction (no 3D authorization prompt). Our partners are actively working on a solution and we expect it to be resolved soon. In the meantime, you can still make payments by bank transfer.
