After testing a few registration models, we've decided not to require workshop sign-ups this year – and here's why. In previous editions, the sign-up process caused confusion: some who registered didn’t show up, while others who wanted to join couldn’t get in. In the end, most people simply joined the workshops they were interested in on the spot.
This year, we're introducing a dedicated Workshop Day on 6th October with a saperate ticket to ensure you don’t miss any regular Summit sessions. You'll have the chance to attend two workshops, and participation will be managed on-site based on room capacity and the preferences of the workshop facilitators.

Registration is required for 1:1 mentoring sessions taking place during the conference day on October 7. All attendees will receive a registration link on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Please ensure that the email address you provided during ticket registration is correct, as the link will be sent there.
If any spots remain open or someone doesn't show up, you may still be able to join a session on the day of the Summit. Our volunteers will be available on-site to assist you with the process.

While there are no official social activities planned just yet, we might surprise you with something fun on Sunday during the day or Monday evening—so keep those time slots open in your calendar!
It all depends on our budget, but here’s a little proposal: help us spread the word about the Summit, and we’ll do our best to reward you with something extra – think connection, laughter, and a bit of celebration. Deal?
