If you have special needs (microphone, technical setup, or track host support), let us know in advance so we can prepare. More details about your track hosts are available below.

The link below will guide you to the folder with speaker's graphics that you can share on social media.

Please note that this year we are not planning workshop registration—participants will be free to join any room they choose. If the room reaches full capacity or exceeds the group size you are comfortable facilitating, you may refuse additional entries. Track hosts will be available to support you.
Kindly share any limitations or specific workshop requirements using the form below. We are planning for approximately 20–25 participants per workshop.

Before each workshop, a short presentation related to the workshop theme is planned. If you are leading one, please remember it will take place in a workshop-style room with 20–30 participants. Plan your talk with this in mind—it’s a chance to create a more personal atmosphere, encourage questions, and spark discussion. Consider adding interactive elements or extra Q&A, and feel free to coordinate with the workshop facilitator to adjust your talk.

Each year, we create a dedicated space for 1-to-1 conversations with our speakers. If you haven’t yet registered as a mentor, we encourage you to join!
How it works: Attendees pre-register for a 30-minute conversation with you. In the Excel file below, please select a table and timeslot that best fits your availability. We recommend choosing 1–2 slots and share the topics that best fits your expertise. A separate reception desk and volunteers will be on hand to support. It’s always a rewarding experience and a great way to connect more personally with attendees.

Still need to book your hotel or arrange transportation? You’ll find a detailed guide here, plus a hotel promo code to use.

Commercial presentations are not allowed. You are welcome to briefly mention your company and invite attendees to connect with you, but marketing or sales content is not permitted. If you would like to showcase your books or personal materials, please contact us at summit@poland.iiba.org. Reach out early, as we may need time to arrange this opportunity.

Please upload a draft of your presentation by early September (or sooner) to the folder below. We can review and provide feedback. Presentations will be shared with participants post-event.

Below you’ll find our presentation template. While using it is not mandatory, we encourage you to include at least the title slide in your presentation.
Looking for something extra? This year we’re organizing a special sightseeing tour hosted by our good friend Paweł Sidorowicz. The walk is open to speakers, organizers, and returning Summit attendees. If you’d like to join, please register below. Spots are limited, so don’t wait until the last moment! The walk will take place on 4th October 2pm-4:30pm followed by Speaker's Dinner.
Registration is happening through the Summit App.
