Ewelina is a business systems analyst with 25 years of experience in a variety of domains including FMCG, retail, heavy industry, automotive, pharma, and agribusiness. She has worked in areas such as ERP, quality control solutions, CRM systems, and knowledge management. Since 2017, she has been a business systems analyst team leader/manager, overseeing up to 60 BAs/Tech Writers. Ewelina is also a mentor in the IIBA Poland Chapter Mentoring Program and has been a speaker at the IIBA Poland Summit 2023, IREB exploRE 2024, and BA&Beyond 2024. She is focused on developing soft skills in the practice of business systems analysis.

A BA heart, she is passionate about product thinking, which she nurtures by strengthening organizational capabilities to become product-led and customer-centric. She is also advocating to a broader Business Analyst community on how a product mindset enriches modern business analysis practice.
Pawel Sidorowicz is a business systems analyst with over 10 years of experience in various projects across the pharma, life sciences, public sector, and banking industries. He has led multiple teams of analysts in projects and organizations and holds CPOA and CBAP certifications. Pawel is a mentor in the IIBA Poland Chapter mentoring program and has served as a mentor in three editions of Craftware Salesforce Academy. He provides training and mentorship to other BAs and BA leads based on his own learning paths.
Pawel firmly believes that every senior IT specialist has an obligation to share knowledge, experience, and support with other IT colleagues. He emphasizes the importance of being the kind of senior professional that one needed when starting out. He values honest conversation and feedback. Pawel lives outside Warsaw with his wife, two children, and a very energetic German Shepherd. As a member of the Program Council, he looks forward to unconventional and bold formats.
Magdalena is an expert business analyst and process manager with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in business analysis and process management, modeling, and streamlining within the pharma, logistics, insurance, and banking industries. She gained her experience in Poland and abroad. Magdalena is a Certified SCRUM Master who is passionate about the concept of empowerment and multifunctional teams. In 2022, she became a Visiting Lecturer at LABA Poland, where she conducts two IIBA accredited courses on business analysis and BPMN. Marcin Zmigrodzki PhD ,

He is the author of several books on project management, including "Zwinni Zbrodnia i Scrum", "Instrukcja obsługi projektu", and "Zarządzanie projektami dla początkujących". Currently, he is working on a book about R&D, exploratory, and discovery projects.
In the past, he has been the owner of an IT company, a long-time project manager, director of the project and process management department in a bank, vice president of a manufacturing company, and director of a startup portfolio. Marcin has won several awards including the 2003 .NET Initiative, PMI Award, PMI Poland Chapter Product Award 2010, and ISAGA 2014 Award. He was also a finalist for the 2010 Polish Project Excellence Award.
Additionally, Marcin develops the Wroolo project management system and the GoodBA, Dot Chart, and Sopulo requirements analysis systems.
He is the head of postgraduate studies in requirements analysis and project management at WSB and Kozminski University.
